76 The Mint Reviews

Susan
A lovely cottage in a central location - very well equipped & comfortable.
Diana
Perfect location for our stay being right n the centre of town. Easy access to cafes ,pubs and shops.

The cottage is set centrally in Rye and has lovely views of the town itself. There is plenty to do in Rye and in the area around. We visited Folkestone, an amazing town with a very good Harbour and old tramway that has a lot of interesting and unique facilities for eating etc. We use rail and bus transport only and there are plenty of options available to get further afield. The boys travelled up to London to the RAF Museum and Dungeness is brilliant, it is known as Britains only desert, with steam trains to and fro and walks aplenty. It is also accessable by car (check 'what 3 words' for car parks).
Deborah
A perfectly located cottage - a bit creaky but expected with a property of this age. It was well equipped with everything you could want or need. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone. Thank you Rosie for all the information up to the beginning of our holiday - it was much appreciated.
Caroline
This is a beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, convenient cottage. We could not fault it. We will definitely be back!
Keith
Lovely cottage in the heart of Rye. Warm, comfortable and well equipped.
Megan
Perfectly located lovely cottage in the heart of Rye. We had a wonderful girls getaway.
Nicholas
The Cottage was a 10/10 accommodation first class and so close to the centre of town. Unfortunately Rye was very cold during our stay and as a consequence we were not away from the property for long periods, the property quickly cooled down when the heating went off and although there was a single portable electric fire moving it room to room was not an option so the property was a tad cold. But it was the dreadful UK weather which took our wrath
Ann
We had a fabulous weekend at 76 The Mint. The house is right in the centre of Rye only a few seconds walk from some fantastic pubs and restaurants so extremely convenient (and a very short walk to the train station). The house was immaculate inside and had everything you could want for a weekend's stay - we will definitely be returning!
Caroline
The cottage was absolutely perfect. Ideal location, beautifully furnished, very comfortable. We have already booked for next year!
