Orchard House Reviews

Gillian
A great house to have a family get together. The children had a fabulous time exploring in the garden and playing with the toys in the house. Rye is literally only 10 minutes walk away and the nearest pub 5 minutes. Perfect!
Rosemary
A wonderful spacious house, with such easy access to the centre of Rye. We had a lovely 3 generational stay. Thankyou.
Ken
Lovely place to stay. Wonderful views and great sitting areas. A great place for a 70th Birthday Celebration.
Jo
Beautiful location, very comfortable house with a lovely garden within walking distance of Rye
Robert
We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this beautiful and wonderful home and garden on the outskirts of Rye in a rural location. Fully equipped to meet virtually every need. Fabulous kitchen and dining area. Great views from the panoramic doors and windows looking over the Romney marshland, river and sea beyond. Several pubs close by and a network of public footpaths to explore. It was about a one mile walk down hill into Rye and there were several pubs to stop at on the way back to get refreshment to tackle the hill back home. Failing that, there is a long stay carpark by the white windmill accessible from Battle Road, costing £2.75 per day that brings you out by the quayside. Plenty of games/books and equipment to keep young children amused in the house and outside, whatever the weather Excellent Holiday.
Paul

Such a fantastic house! A group of seven stayed here for a long weekend end of January. We were lucky with sunny weather, but the house wouldâ??ve have made for a beautiful setting to bunk down in if it had rained. Would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a quiet, comfortable and stylish escape!
