Wonderful host and perfect property. Had a great stay.
A great house. Very comfortable and clean. Great location and sea view. Everything you could need was provided in the house and clear instructions on how to use everything. The lovely owner provided extra treats and was happy to help with anything needed.

House is in a great position with lovely views of the sea and the Isle of Wight on a clear day. Perhaps best suited for families in the summer as the steep staircase to the first floor was a bit of a trial for 3 80 year olds over Christmas when all the food and wine needed carrying upstairs. A power outage on the hob and microwave at 9pm made cooking supper a little difficult and again the next day means the electrics need looking at. However we had a lovely time and were exceedingly lucky with the weather over Christmas.
The property is in an increadable position for all aspects of a holiday stay,beach,sea view,walks,shops and other interesting holiday venues. I always believe in 1st impressions and that was my only concern, BUT the external decoration had been planned for the week after we had visited which will make that concern void. We will revisit for sure!
Lounge furniture comfortable throws and cushions very clean. Bedrooms clean, comfortable beds, mattress protectors and pillow protectors very clean. Kitchen very clean, all necessary utilities present. But lacking in mugs and cutlery. Good peaceful location with sea views.

We had a fantastic stay, everything you could need, home from home, beds so comfortable, stunning views of the sea from the balcony, literally on your doorstep. great location, we didnt have car for the week, but very easy to get around, owner supplied starter kit, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, toilet rolls ECT , and a welcoming tray of current buns which I thought was very nice. Beautiful choice of front or back garden to sit in, to follow the sun around, or lounge in comfortable front room and look out at the sea We are looking forward to staying here again and would recommend to others

This property was absolutely lovely convenient, bright and cheery, gorgeous views, comfortable and well stocked. Parking is easy and convenient. Even on the days it poured down rain on us, we were happy to look out at the magnificent views of the ocean from the comfort of the house. The owner takes great pride in her wellkept home and is delightful to work with. She provides handy info about the surrounding area and makes sure you know how to work everything. Recommend highly!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was everything we were expecting and more. The welcome pack was fantastic and provided everything we needed to get us started. It easily accommodated our large family of 7. There was ample parking. The views are lovely and the house was very well equipped. The location is really wonderful, nice and private with lovely big gardens.
This property was in a perfect location for us. We are a multi generational family and it suited us all. We had days out further afield as well as 3 days in Selsey itself. The owner Jacqueline was very attentive and there were lots of thoughtful touches that we very much appreciated. We were very comfortable and warm and the views from the balcony are spectacular. We would definitely stay again. We had a few problems with the WiFi but this was mentioned in the original listing and we happily sacrificed this for the stunning location. Thank you

The property was spacious and comfortable, if a little tired in some aspects, and the proximity to the sea and the views are great. The connection to the internet and Wifi was intermittent. The key to the gate for easiest access to the beach was not available during our stay.
The Bella Vista was an ideal house in which to stay and we would love to go back in warmer weather as it a perfect location overlooking the sea and near to the village. The owner is very nice and helpful and the house was clean and had everything that we required. She also left tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, hot cross buns and butter, which we enjoyed.
We loved Bella Vista and can't wait to come back. It is perfectly situated and super comfortable, and we found Selsey to be a very welcoming location.
