Need Farm Stables was exceptional and our hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The stables is decorated to a very high standard and designed beautifully. The location is idyllic and peaceful. We highly recommend this accommodation for a large group.
Paul
A beautiful converted stable in a peaceful setting near Partridge Green. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, with lovely furniture and a relaxing hot tub. Direct access to bridleway walks and good pubs nearby. Liz and David were welcoming but unobtrusive. A perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing break. Thank you.
Jacqueline
This is an idyllic cottage in the most beautiful setting. It is extremely comfortable, light and airy and has some lovely touches. We had the most relaxing stay. The cottage being very close to the Downs Link (you just have to walk across the field to get on it) gives you the opportunity to get out for a lovely walk or bike ride. I would thoroughly recommend and would definitely book again.
Clive
A wonderful location with local wildlife passing through. These included roe deer, barn owl, hare and glow worms. We all felt relaxed after a busy day. Particularly comfortable seating in the lounge area. Lots of local walks available.

Jo
We had such a brilliant week here. The accommodation is extremely clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating. Great communicator and ensured we had everything we needed.
Helen
A beautifully presented property in a lovely peaceful area. Very convenient for walks on the local footpaths and bridleways as well as a good location to visit Sheffield Park Gardens, Wakehurst and Standen in addition to the more local Nymans and Leonardslee. The information provided by the owners was very helpful. We enjoyed a meal at The Windmill inn in nearby Littleworth and The Green Man which can be reached using the footpaths from the property also looked worth visiting if you want to eat out.
Janine
We had a wonderful time at Needs farm stables. The cottage was beautiful and very relaxing to spend time in. The adjoining field was great for our children to run around in, with a lovely trail to follow on the nearby bridleway. We hope to return for another stay one day!
