Great house and location ideal size for us. Easy to find and good parking. Check out time is a bit early at 0930 especially if you have a late night beforehand like we did daughter's wedding which made it a bit of a rush to depart on time which is bemusing as Check in time is 1630. Overall though would stay again but only if timings changed

We had a lovely holiday in this spacious, comfortable and clean house. Thoughtfully equipped and just as in the description and photos. The walk in shower was particularly appreciated very adjustable and powerful. Great location, very peaceful but lots of amenities a short walk away. For longer trips we used the car and found it easy to get out on the main roads to explore Sussex's many attractions. We also used the local bus service and the train from the station down the road both proved very easy to use and meant we could all enjoy a pint and not worry about parking. We really liked the local Bengali restaurant, Shafiques, which was a 5 minute stroll away. Also, the 'Sistine Chapel' fresco in The English Martyr's Church is well worth a visit as is Worthing Museum free entry especially for anyone who likes British costumes.

Some suggestions to make it even more comfortable net curtains would be nice and also blinds during the hot weather so you don't have to close the curtains which makes it dark inside. Sea Dreams is a lovely comfortable house with plenty of space to spread out with the conservatory and garden. Our only concern was that for a party of 8 and potentially 10, one bathroom is not enough. Thankfully there is a downstairs loo! The owners were really helpful and it was lovely to have a personal email from them before we left.

Sea Dreams looks like an unobtrusive semi in an ordinary street, but we found it excellent for our stay. There are enough bedrooms, a good bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. At the back, the conservatory, the patio and the lawn beyond that provide space for a goodsized group of people to hang out together, and there is enough garden furniture too. A small local station, DurringtononSea, is only five minutes' walk away and has trains to London or Littlehampton.

Myself, brother and our families took my 92 year old dad down to spend some time with his brother who lives in Goring. I had received an email the previous day from the lovely John and Sue who sent directions and explained how to get into the property. We arrived and found a very spacious, very well equipped house. Considering there was 8 of us, there was plenty of room. Our only negative is for that amount if people, it would have been nice to of had an extra bathroom which could easily be added to one of the huge bedrooms but please dont take this as a complaint as the house description was accurate and it would not stop us staying at this property again. Will just have to plan wash rota better in advance!. The property was really well located, close to a selection of shops. We all agreed that it was a beautiful, solid family house that felt really homely. Would highly recommend to anyone and will almsosr certainly be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful study. The details really do need amending to say ONE bathroom as there are NOT 2 which the description says which is why we chose the house. It has one bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet it was good to see a 4 bread toaster but one lever is broken and has been stuck back on but it doesnt work and for the cost of the house, a replacement toaster is not a huge outlay. House is amazing, large and every room is light and spacious. garden is secure and lovely also felt strange having no nets or blinds at the windows so really glad that we slept at the back! good to see books and games for the children as well as other things like BBQ etc very close to the beach and other places of interest.

A lovely comfortable home from home . It was very well equipped and generally spacious . The dogs loved the safe garden and it was great to be close to our friends and great walking in both directions along the seafront Parking was easy and it was only a short walk to a good range of shops and station . The owner was very helpful when we had a problem working the television . We hope to return as the house met all our requirements .
